⁠How to Use the Images

VMware Secrets Manager images are fetched and used during VMware Secrets Manager deployment.

They are NOT intended to be used in an application’s FROM field.

⁠VMware Secrets Manager Init Container

VMware Secrets Manager Init Container (vsecm-init-container) will be injected into the pods as an init container.

VMware Secrets Manager Init Container periodically polls VMware Secrets Manager Safe until the secret associated with its workload is created.

Once the secret is created, VMware Secrets Manager Init Container exits with a success status code.
