Base container inheriting from arm32v7/node:9.5.0-slim and including QEMU for further development on an x86 host platform. The Docker registry with ARM node support is:
https://hub.docker.com/r/arm32v7/node
and the 9.5.0-slim tag is used as the base. QEMU v2.6.0 is also included in the container.
