⁠What is plugin-base Waggle image?

The Waggle base image is a Docker image that allows Waggle users to build their plugin (i.e., application) that will be running on Waggle platform⁠. Since Waggle platform interacts with hardware resources (e.g., GPUs, sensor instruments), the plugin-base images ensure that the images use those hardware resources from the platform. The ml images are designed specifically to user plugins that run machine learning models.
