BTS: Bayesian Tissue Score for prioritizing GWAS variants and functional contexts across omics data
1.8K
This docker includes pre-installed/pre-configured 1) BTS pipeline for analyzing genome-wide GWAS summary statistics files 2) BTS R package implementing very efficient Bayesian fine-mapping model and 3) scripts for accessing/querying FILER functional annotation data for functional annotation-based cell type/genomic feature and genomic region/variant prioritization.
