WebGME server and compose file for tutorial at MODELS18

This image is used together with webgme/py-core-executor.
To use this setup download the docker-compose.yml and invoke:
docker-compose -p models18 up -d
which will download and start the necessary images/containers.
After a successful start (two containers should be running) goto localhost:8888.
The system has been confirmed to run correctly on Windows 10 using the installation instructions here.
Before running the environment-variable COMPOSE_CONVERT_WINDOWS_PATHS must be set.

set COMPOSE_CONVERT_WINDOWS_PATHS=1
If you run into an error like this:
ERROR: for webgme-server Cannot start service webgme-server:
driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint models18_webgme-server_1

Error starting userland proxy:
mkdir /port/tcp:0.0.0.0:8888:tcp:172.18.0.3:8888: input/output error
Stop all the running containers:
docker-compose -p models18 stop
and restart the docker-daemon.
