⁠What is WebOTX Application Server?

WebOTX Application Server supports Java specification "Java EE" for mission-critical systems. It provides safer and more secure service infrastructure which makes service work stably as well as high performance and high reliability provided formally.

⁠Software License Agreement

If you purchase WebOTX Application Server Express for Container, you can use this software under the license of the purchased products. Otherwise, you can use this software under the following license.

Software License Agreement

• NEC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "NEC") grants you the license to use this software only for product evaluation purposes. In addition, you may not use this software in your actual business.

• The expiration date of this software is 365 days from the date the image was built.

• You may not use this software at the same time as the WebOTX product version.

• You may not copy, rent, lease, modify, alter, change, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part or all of this software without prior written approval of NEC. In addition, you may not copy or move files generated by this software to another computer.

• You may not transfer or sell this software, or you may not use this software for commercial purposes such as rental business and service business. In addition, you may not disclose the results of benchmark tests of this software.

• NEC shall not be liable for the result of use of this software. In addition, NEC accept general questions about WebOTX, but that does not mean that NEC provides free technical service.

• NEC shall not be liable for any damages or loss of profit caused by this software or the use of this software.

WebOTX Application Server Express for Container を購入した場合は、購入した製品の使用条件のもとで本ソフトウェアを使用可能です。 そうでない場合は、以下の使用条件のもとで本ソフトウェアを使用可能です。

ソフトウェアの使用許諾条件

• 本ソフトウェアについて製品評価の目的においてのみ使用する権利を許諾します。 また、実業務での使用は一切禁止します。

• 本ソフトウェアの使用期限は、イメージ作成日から365日間です。

• 本ソフトウェアは、「WebOTX」製品版との同時使用はできません。

• 本ソフトウェアの一部または全部を、当部の書面による事前の許可なく、複製、貸与、変更、逆アセンブルまたはリバースエンジニアリングすることを禁止します。 また、本ソフトウェアで生成したファイルを他のコンピュータ上へ複写または移動することを禁止します。

• 本ソフトウェアを譲渡や売却すること、もしくはレンタル業、サービス業等の商業目的で使用することを禁止します。 また、本ソフトウェアのベンチマークテストの結果の公開を禁止します。

• NECでは、本ソフトウェアで生じた結果に関する保証をいたしません。 また、WebOTXに関する一般的な質問は受け付けておりますが、無償のテクニカルサービスを提供するものではありません。

• NECでは、本ソフトウェアまたはその使用から生ずる一切の損害について何らの責任も負いません。
