⁠WebSpellChecker / WProofreader Server

Docker image with the WProofreader application server, a multi-language spell and grammar check solution, for on-premise deployment. WProofreader software development kit (SDK) includes access to API and the pre-built JavaScript components that you can integrate into your web app to work with a wide range of text input fields, like WYSIWYG editors (CKEditor, TinyMCE, Froala, Quill) or native HTML editable elements or elements with the contenteditable attribute.

The base image is a light-weight version of the WProofreader app which uses only algorithmic engines for spelling and grammar checking.

⁠Get started using Docker Hub

Before you start, request a 30-day trial license⁠. You will receive a license ticket ID that is required for activating the license.

Run a new container from the latest Docker image as described in Create and run Docker container⁠.

It's recommended to create a custom Docker image for production use. Check a public repository with WProofreader Server Dockerfile⁠.
