Run a container from this image as a daemon; the security settings are required in order to allow debugging inside the container:

docker run -d --name llvm-project --cap-add=SYS_PTRACE --security-opt seccomp=unconfined weliveindetail/vscode-llvm-project:0-debian-10

Now open Visual Studio Code and find the container as llvm-project in "Attach to development container".
