StatsD TCP daemon for Odroid without Graphite or Carbon. Set some config options in environment variables:

• CARBON_HOST - The host name or IP address of the Carbon daemon. Defaults to 127.0.0.1.
• CARBON_PORT- The port of the Carbon daemon. Defaults to 2003.
• STATSD_PORT - The port for StatsD to listen. Defaults to 8125.
• STATSD_FLUSH_INTERVAL - The StatsD flush interval (in microseconds). Defaults to 10000.
• STATSD_MGMT_PORT - The StatsD management port. Defaults to 8126.
