docker run -d --restart unless-stopped --name biliup -p 127.0.0.1:19159:19159 whoim/biliup:latest server

Then proxy 127.0.0.1:19159 with Nginx / Caddy to the public. Remember to enable basic-auth in Nginx / Caddy to get authentication.

(Not recommend) Or expose with -p 19159:19159 and add --auth to the end to enable build-in authentiation. The password will be set on webpage at first login. Password cannot be directly changed yet.

⁠Version before v1.1.17

docker run -d --restart unless-stopped --name biliup -p 19159:19159 whoim/biliup:v1.1.17 --password <YOUR_PASSWORD>

Use biliup as username & the password you defined.
