A region agnostic image for the X-Ray Daemon, runs on Alpine Linux 3.7.
By default the binding address is 0.0.0.0, this can create security problems so you can pass your own in the BIND_ADDRESS environment variable.
The region is auto detected from the EC2-instance metadata endpoint.
