⁠Usage

docker run -d -p 5000:5000 --name videodownloader -e MAGIC_PASSWORD=xxxxx williswschan/videodownloader:latest

Then open http://localhost:5000⁠ in your browser.

⁠Download Videos

Paste a YouTube or Douyin video URL and click Download Video.

⁠Volumes & Persistence

To persist downloaded videos outside the container, mount a local folder:

docker run -d -p 5000:5000 -v /your/local/downloads:/app/downloads --name videodownloader -e MAGIC_PASSWORD=xxxxx williswschan/videodownloader:latest

⁠Notes

• Uses two versions of yt-dlp for best compatibility: one for Douyin, one for YouTube.
