Docker Image to compile(run) Openpose library
247
Base Image: nvidia/cuda:8.0-cudnn5-devel-ubuntu16.04
I am not affiliated with the people who develop OpenPose, just using their work. You need nvidia-docker to run this image.
OpenPose is a library for real-time multi-person keypoint detection and multi-threading written in C++ using OpenCV and Caffe*, authored by Gines Hidalgo, Zhe Cao, Tomas Simon, Shih-En Wei, Hanbyul Joo and Yaser Sheikh.
sudo xhost +
nvidia-docker run -it
--net=host
-e DISPLAY
--name 'opnepose'
-v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix
--privileged
wiseosho/openpose:installed
/bin/bash
--net=host : set container to use the host network
-e DISPLAY : export host's DISPLAY into container environment
-v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix : mount the host's X11 socket
--privileged : get privilege for host system (Need if you are to access webcam, modify if you are aware of the more secure way.)
1. jamin : compiled openpose included
cd /Downloads/openpose
./build/examples/openpose/openpose.bin
2. installed : Download openpose and compile
bash ./ubuntu/install_caffe_and_openpose_if_cuda8.sh
./build/examples/openpose/openpose.bin
libopencv-dev libatlas-base-dev libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libopencv-dev libhdf5-serial-dev protobuf-compiler --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev git lsb-release apt-get install python-pip apt-get install wget
During the compilation, python tried to install and import numpy, but from wrong location. I hope somebody could add those paths into the environment vars (PYTHON_INCLUDE) set in Makefile.config I edited to include the paths, but did not work. Instead, I copied the packages into the /usr/lib
cp -rf /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/* /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/
