# rainradio

Looping rain sounds streamed over Icecast. Pairs with any Icecast server — the included [docker-compose.yml](https://github.com/wleonhardt/rain-radio) spins up both.

## Quick start

```yaml
services:
  icecast:
    image: infiniteproject/icecast:latest
    ports:
      - "8100:8000"
    volumes:
      - ./icecast/icecast.xml:/etc/icecast.xml:ro

  ffmpeg:
    image: wleonhardt/rainradio:ffmpeg
    restart: unless-stopped
    depends_on:
      - icecast

Then listen at http://localhost:8100/rain.

Override for standalone use:

⁠Icecast config

The source password in your icecast.xml must match ICECAST_PASSWORD. Icecast also requires a <changeowner> block to run as non-root:
