YASP is a fun, fast, no-fuss Scrum Poker app for agile teams that want to estimate together without dragging in a whole platform.

⁠🚀 Quick Start

docker pull wleonhardt/yasp:latest
docker run --rm -p 3001:3001 wleonhardt/yasp:latest

Open → http://localhost:3001

⁠🧰 Run in the Background

docker run -d --name yasp -p 3001:3001 wleonhardt/yasp:latest

Stop and remove:

docker stop yasp && docker rm yasp

⁠☁️ Ephemeral by Design

YASP stores room and voting state in memory only.

Restarting the container clears:

• active rooms
• connected participants
• revealed and unrevealed votes

This is intentional. YASP is designed to be fast, disposable, and low-maintenance.
