Alfred ECR plugin. Builds and pushes images to AWS ECR

This plugin can be used to build and publish Docker images do AWS ECR.
repoName of the repository to be built.
This parameter is required.
tagsTags to add to the generated image.
Default value: latest
contextThe context path to use.
Default value: .
aws_access_key_idAWS access key ID to be used.
aws_secret_access_keyAWS secret access key to be used.
aws_regionAWS region to be used.
Default value: eu-west-1
ecr_uriECR URI where the images are going to be pushed.
This parameter is required.
build_argsPass build args to the docker build command. Use the following syntax:
ARG1=value2,ARG2=value2,...
The arguments are going to be automatically sent to the docker build command so they can be used with the ARG parameter in the Dockerfile.
If the value are secrets or strings with spaces or other special characters, it's probably better to encode the value with base64 and decode it in the Dockerfile.

After PR is done and merged, when you come back to MASTER branch, you need to launch the following in the root of the repository.
