When cloning from github: I dont think i can make it more simple. run the bash script on a machine with docker and it goes stardust all over the place.

If you use docker-hub: docker pull xantios/mkdocs ; docker run -it -v $PWD/docs:/data/docs xantios/mkdocs should do the trick
