The environment for GCC compiling ARM target.
It includes dfu-utils.
Based on ubuntu:latest.
Prepare for Big Clown builds.
Able to flash the firmware easily.
No need to install.
Takes about 600MB of disk unfortunately (Ubuntu and GCC-ARM toolchain).
Automatic build upon git commit and regular on time base.
