xmik/berkshelf_api repository overview

This is obsolete. Although xmik/berkshelf_api:0.0.2 should work, please use the newer repository: xmik/berkshelf-api-docker⁠, which is an automated build.

⁠Berkshelf API

Debian 7.5 with berkshelf-api 2.1.1. Tested with debian:7.5⁠ and xmik/chef-server-docker/⁠ images.

• Optionally set environment variable CHEF_SERVER_ENDPOINT.
• Mount the berkshelf.pem file (berkshelf is the chef server user here).

⁠Example

docker run -dti --name berkshelf_api -v /path/to/berkshelf.pem:/home/berkshelf/.chef/berkshelf.pem -e CHEF_SERVER_ENDPOINT=https://10.0.0.18:443 -p 26200:26200 berkshelf_api:0.0.2
