ksql server image with customization support with environment variables

This is a temp solution until official confluent ksql support full client-server mode deployment for docker environment
As shown in the below example docker-compose.yml file, you can use environment variables like
STREAMS_BOOTSTRAP_SERVERS, KSQL_SERVER_LISTENERS to overwrite built-in properties in /etc/ksql/ksqlserver.properties.
