⁠xnat/jupyterhub

The xnat/jupyter image provides a preconfigured JupyterHub⁠ designed to run alongside an XNAT⁠. With this image XNAT users can launch Jupyter notebooks from within XNAT. The image includes a preconfigured jupyterhub_config.py file that handles user authentication with XNAT and configures the JupyterHub Docker SwarmSpawner⁠ to mount XNAT data.

The source code for this image is available on GitHub⁠. Please ensure you have the latest xnat-jupyterhub-plugin jar⁠ installed in your XNAT instance.
