The recommended way to run this docker image is given below: docker run -it --rm --mount source=gem5-aladdin-workspace,target=/workspace xyzsam/gem5-aladdin

This creates a Docker volume and mounts it at /workspace, where LLVM-Tracer and gem5-aladdin have been cloned. This means that any changes you make under /workspace will persist after the container has been shut down, so you do not need to do a fresh rebuild of the simulator every time you run the image.
