This Dockerfile adds Packer and the latest install of Ansible in to one Docker
image so that Packer can run an Ansible provider.
This Dockerfile inherits from the latest Hashicorp Packer image, but adds an install of Ansible from PyPI on top. Everything else should be the same.
The image is built with the current latest version, which is specified in the
ANSIBLE_VERSION argument. This can be over-ridden at build time if necessary.
