逃离塔科夫离线版服务端镜像
基于 https://github.com/AirryCo/spt-server-ci 只是构建的RELEASE版本。我这里不定时更新，你可以选择在macos或者linux或者windows+wsl2下，用 https://github.com/yhl452493373/spt-server-ci 的代码自行构建你的镜像。
对应launcher可以从 https://github.com/AirryCo/spt-launcher-ci 下载，也可以用 https://github.com/yhl452493373/spt-server-ci 自行编译或使用其中 Actions 中构建的启动器。注意launcher的版本要和server的一致。如果启动提示spt-core.dll版本不匹配，则去看下那个spt-core.dll的版本是不是和服务器一致的，不一致就换一个launcher在启动。
