Yesod on Stackage Tag links Yesod version

Simple, standerd settings
- built on stackage (any library is dependency safe)
- scaffolding using yesod init + SQLite
- library(includes test related) installed
- run => yesod devel
- run => copy all files in /mnt to /root/yesod
- because SQLite is not work on VM mounted dir
