A PostgreSQL/PostGIS image with the tz_world database already loaded

This is a PostgreSQL/PostGIS image with the TZ World configured and ready to use.
It's based on the mdillon/postgis image with postgres password set to mysecretpassword.
To launch the image just run:
docker run --name tzworld -d yoanisgil/tzworld:latest
