this container image are quickly way to maintain various type of instance on the your own cloud like kubernetes, vm, database etc.
this container provide the functions almost for the cost optimization purpuse.

| VM | Stop | stop instance |
| kubernetes | Start | start kubernetes cluster by proivding autoscale setting. |
| kubernetes | Stop | stop all instances on the specific cluster. |
| database | Start | start database instance. |
| database | Stop | stop database instance. |
| database | AutoScale | auto change database instance machine type following cpu metrics. |
the bellow funtions only trigger at the specific conditions.
