⁠HAProxy Image with Set Configuration

This image contains a HAProxy Load Balancer configured to expose at the host machine's port 8000 and forward requests to 3 containers/servers named web1, web2, and web3 that are exposed (in the docker container network) at ports 8000 (the mod_wsgi default).

Server logs are currently set to send to the creator's papertrail account.
