This is RoboRumble client/agrent.
By default it would connect to community LiteRumble server and start processing roborumble 1:1 battles.
You could use environment variables USER, PARTICIPANTSURL, UPDATEBOTSURL, RESULTSURL, RATINGSURL to override the default behavior.
