⁠Yigang-Chen/SCOPE-DTI⁠

SCOPE-Web is a web-based interface for SCOPE-DTI, a deep learning framework designed for Drug-Target Interaction (DTI) prediction. This container provides an out-of-the-box deployment of the official SCOPE-Web stock version, identical to the one hosted at https://awi.cuhk.edu.cn/SCOPE⁠.

This Docker image allows users to self-host the SCOPE-Web service for local or private deployment, providing the same functionality as the online version.

⁠Supported Architectures

⁠Quickstart

To deploy SCOPE-Web using Docker, we recommend using docker-compose:

⁠Accessing the Web Interface

Once deployed, SCOPE-Web will be accessible at: http://localhost:5000⁠

⁠Notes

1. Inference time varies depending on model complexity and hardware. This version is made based on CPU-based drivers.
2. If you need more advanced configuration, consider customizing the inference model from Yigang-Chen/Lightweight-SCOPE-DTI-for-Inference⁠.
3. The timeout settings is in accordance with the stock version. If more computation time is required, please consider modifying gunicorn-related environment variable settings in the docker-compose.yml file.
