Run this command (or better yet, create a bash script in any directory on your path called jupyter and make it executable withchmod +x jupyter)
docker run -it -p 8888:8888 -e GRANT_SUDO=yes -v ~/workspace/:/home/jovyan/workspace zjonsson/jupyter:latest
When you start the docker image you will see a link with an IPv6, just replace that address with localhost before opening
