⁠Tagging Strategy (based on AUTOMATIC1111 repo)

• latest is the current master branch
• nightly and dev are interchangeable, built from the current dev branch
  • there is also a nightly-<YYYYMMDD> tag for pinning to a specific image
    • skipped when the current nightly is up-to-date, so it is expected to not have a nightly-<YYYYMMDD> for every date.
• tagged releases⁠ use the tag name
• each build also generates a sha-<commit> tag of the current commit at HEAD, for pinning to a specific commit
• images named -base don't preinstall the Python dependencies. This trades a smaller image size (PyTorch, in particular, is huge) in exchange for longer initial startup time
• images without -base preinstall Python dependencies, trading a larger image size for faster initial startup time
