Based on https://hub.docker.com/r/cfstras/urbackup/⁠. Added usermod -u 104 urbackup and usermod -g 107 urbackup for UID consistency (when mounting backup location on external storage to avoid chown-ing files). You can mount urbackup DB and settings to /var/urbackup (optional - for migrating from other urbackup-server installation) and also a separate storage location, ie: /volume1/UrBackup (in my case the container is running on a Synology server, backup folder located at above path),
