added sudo option for jenkins user on alpine linux conainer

Install Jenkins 232 Alpine Linux and Python27

Basic Centos 7 install with yum update and packages like htop iotop vim git tmux etc

Centos 7 Base Build with utils added. nslookup ifconfig,sudo,tmux,htop iftop,iotop,sar

Test docker image created after performing some mosquito MQTT streaming.
