Unofficial Dockerized versions of the clockwork software suite used for processing Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) samples. Used by a tuberculosis cluster tracker developed by UC Santa Cruz for a health department.

Tag format: clockwork version number (v0.12.5), Docker image version number (.3).

"-slim" images lack a decontamination reference. If you are not decontaminating, or which to bring your own decontamination reference, use this one, it's a lot smaller than the others.

"-CRyPTIC" has a decontamination reference built using the scripts provided by clockwork developers. It's recommended to use this one if decontaminating.

"-CDC" images use the CDC decontamination reference, which is generally not recommended due to unknown contents (it is missing some metadata files), but some health departments prefer it as they've been using it for a long time.
