avianalter/samap repository overview

NO SUPPORT PROVIDED I am not a maintainer of the SAMap software or repo, just throwing out a docker image in case it helps people.

Based on (https://hub.docker.com/r/tarashan/samap⁠), but added R and python processing tools for converting from 10X data (including cellranger) to h5ad (AnnData). This is important if you run into this issue (https://github.com/atarashansky/SAMap/issues/78⁠). Also updated to version 1.0.15 (manually - conda list/pip list will return samap 1.0.2, but code is from 1.0.15).

If you get the following, check the above issue.
