ApPredict (including chaste-libs, but without lookup tables)

ApPredict without lookup tables pre-installed - they'll try to be downloaded on-demand.This is the minimum possible configuration to run an ApPredict simulation.
As the lookup tables aren't pre-installed the image is currently approx 850Mb and so will take a short while to download on first use.
It's built on appredict-chaste-libs, and if want lookup tables pre-installed, try appredict-with-emulators.

Docker Container Runtime pre-installed.
(If you're using Singularity rather than Docker you can easily build a Singularity SIF (Singularity Image Format) image from a Docker image, and adapt the corresponding AP-Portal Singularity.sh script)
