ApPredict with lookup tables pre-installed.This image contains ApPredict and all the lookup tables which were available at build time.
The lookup tables are quite large so the image's compressed size is currently approx. 1.6Gb and can therefore take a few minutes to download on first use.
Built on top of appredict-no-emulators.

Docker Container Runtime pre-installed.
(If you're using Singularity rather than Docker you can easily build a Singularity SIF (Singularity Image Format) image from a Docker image, and adapt the corresponding AP-Portal Singularity.sh script)
