⁠docker-mariadb

This image is an overload of an existing docker image: hautmedia/mariadb⁠.

Its main goal is to add the ability to specify an initialization script for creating multiple databases and/or users when the storage is initialized (the upstream image lets you create a single database and a single user).

⁠Available environment configuration

All configuration variables described @ https://github.com/hauptmedia/docker-mariadb⁠ are still available.

We added the following:

⁠Building the image

docker build -t centile/mariadb:10.1 .

⁠Running MariaDB in Standalone Mode with a custom init script

docker run -i -t --rm \
  -e TIMEZONE=Europe/Paris \
  -e MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD=securepassword \
  -e MYSQL_INITDB_SCRIPT=/init.sql \
  -v /path/to/your/init.sql:/init.sql:ro \
  centile/mariadb:10.1
