This docker is a fork of the original docker : https://hub.docker.com/r/lpryszcz/redundans/⁠ with some modifications in order to execute redundans as no root user.

Example command line:

docker run -it -w /srv/redundans cmonjeau/redundans ./redundans.py -v -i test/{600,5000}_{1,2}.fq.gz -f test/contigs.fa -o test/run1
