Docker images based on official Jellyfin team images, with rffmpeg's shim script inserted and Jellyfin's ffmpeg path changed to point to the script.

For my own use within K3S, but can be used with Docker too. I also have rffmpeg worker images (containing the Jellyfin team's jellyfin-ffmpeg package as well as rffmpeg) available that are to be deployed to hosts equipped with transcoding hardware.
