⁠ABRicate – Bacterial genome screening for AMR, virulence and plasmid genes (includes full VFDB_FULL)

This Docker image is linked to the repository WGS-Analysis-VariantCalling⁠.

It provides ABRicate, a tool for rapid screening of assembled bacterial genomes against multiple reference databases (antimicrobial resistance, virulence, plasmids, etc.).
This image includes a complete VFDB_FULL database and bundles ABRicate together with its runtime dependencies in a minimal Linux environment, so it can be used directly in reproducible pipelines and workflows (e.g. WGS QC, resistome profiling, virulome/plasmid screening).

⁠Basic usage

Show help:

docker run --rm -it jimmlucas/abricate:V1.2.0 abricate -h

List configured databases:

docker run --rm -it jimmlucas/abricate:V1.2.0 abricate --list
