⁠Follow the directions in the soruce repository to run the most current notebooks with your jupyter installation.

⁠Run locally in a directory where to leave the run files and results:

1. Install docker. Install Docker Engine⁠

2. Start the container. docker run -v `pwd`:/home/test/run_dir -it -p 8888:8888 knowengdev/notebooks_knoweng:10_12_2017 jupyter notebook --ip 0.0.0.0 --no-browser --allow-root

• Paste http://localhost:8000 into your browsers url window.

1. In the test directory, open the env_setup_notebook.ipynb notebook and run the FIRST CELL ONLY

2. In the test/run_dir/ create a "results" directory using the jupyter "new" dropdown menu.

3. You may then run any of the pipeline example notebooks in the test directory.
