polyactis/accurity repository overview

20191101 Please use polyactis/accucopy at https://hub.docker.com/r/polyactis/accucopy⁠. It contains an improved version of accurity and continues to be maintained. This image is now identical to the accucopy image from this date on.

A Ubuntu-18.04-based image for Accurity and its dependencies. https://www.yfish.org/display/PUB/Accurity⁠

Accurity is installed in /usr/local/Accurity/. /usr/local/bin contains precompiled samtools. Strelka, used for variant calling, is installed in /usr/local/.

The reference genome folder (available from https://www.yfish.org/display/PUB/Accurity⁠) is NOT included in the docker image.

20190827 This image is more up-to-date than polyactis/accurity_ubuntu, which is outdated and has a longer name.

20190124 This image is upgraded to be based on Ubuntu 18.04. It was based on Ubuntu-16.04.
