⁠RoboLedger App

The web app for RoboLedger⁠: AI-native accounting and financial reporting on the RoboSystems knowledge graph. It runs your general ledger, closes the books, and produces financial statements you can analyze from Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client.

• General ledger: a chart of accounts mapped to reporting standards, with journal entries and schedules
• QuickBooks sync: bring transactions in, map them to reporting elements, keep them current
• Month-end close: schedules, adjusting entries, and a close that shows what is blocking it
• Financial statements: income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, rendered from the ledger
• Ask your books: plain-language questions through MCP

⁠Run it

The app needs the RoboSystems backend. The simplest way to run both is the Docker Compose stack in the RoboSystems repository⁠, which pulls this image with the backend and the other apps:

cd robosystems
just start

To run this image on its own, point it at a RoboSystems API. Configuration is read at container start, so one image serves any deployment:

docker run -p 3001:3000 \
  -e NEXT_PUBLIC_ROBOSYSTEMS_API_URL=http://localhost:8000 \
  robofinsystems/roboledger-app:latest

Other runtime variables: NEXT_PUBLIC_ROBOSYSTEMS_APP_URL, NEXT_PUBLIC_ROBOLEDGER_APP_URL, NEXT_PUBLIC_ROBOINVESTOR_APP_URL. See Local development⁠.
