⁠CTI Server for Avaya Aura CM

The ctiSVR (also known as ivrSVR, the two names are interchangeable) is a CTI server for IVR systems and CRM applications. The ctiSVR is part of the UPINGET CTI Architecture⁠, it uses TSAPI library to monitor IVR and agent extensions, it hides the technical details of TSAPI and provide simple ActiveX, REST and WebSocket interfaces for the development of IVR systems and CRM applications. ⁠Create the Container

To create a container as daemon process, enter the following command
docker run -d --restart=always --mac-address="YOUR_MAC_ADDRESS" -p 14012:14012 -p 14014:14014 -p 5100:5100 -p 9001:9001 -p 9003:9003 -p 9006:9006 -p 8080:80 -v /var/log/ivrsvr:/var/log/ivrsvr --name ctisvr ctisvr:tagname
Port number description as following:
  • 14012: Telnet port of ctiSVR
  • 14014: Telnet port of uuiSVR
  • 5100: uuiSVR data server port
  • 9001: ctiSVR REST interface port
  • 9003: ctiSVR API port
  • 9006: ctiSVR WebSocket port
  • 8080: ctiSVR Softphone WEB port
  • If you host has enabled SELinux, add option --security-opt label=disable

⁠Configure the ctiSVR Parameters

Telnet to the ctiSVR console, update the parameters by running the following command
  • setup
  • setup api

⁠Configure the TSAPI Client Library Inside the Container

After the container is created, you can enter into the container by the following command
docker exec -i -t ctisvr bash
Then, edit the /usr/lib/tslibrc, add the AES IP address and the TSAPI service port number to the file.
After these changes, restart the ivrSVR program by the following command
/usr/local/upinget/stopivrsvr.sh
